We are so glad you are here. Please take a moment to complete each section of the form below to request a meeting room(s) for your next event. Our team will check availability and provide you with a confirmation of the details of your event. In the "additional details" section of this form, please provide the following additional information:​

Please list consecutive dates you might need for your event. (i.e. start date 1/02/2024 - 1/5/2024)

Do you need extra time for set up or tear down? Rooms will be available at most 2 hours prior to event start time. If you need additional time, please let us know so we can confirm availability.

Please select the room(s) needed: Moore Auditorium, Mosley, Oldham Training Lab, Welch, Penuel, Hays, Atrium

Please select the room(s) setup needed: Classroom, Banquet Rounds of 8 or 10, Open U, Open Square, None, Other).

Do you need Linens? Please note, linens are $15.95 each, plus 24% service fee. You can bring your own linens.

Will your event have outside catering? Please note, catering should be through a licensed & insured caterer and must provide a COI listing SWCC as additional insured.

Do you need food tables to set up coffee and snacks? If so, how many?
