TELL US ABOUT YOUR EVENT

The Southwestern Conference Center is the perfect location for your next meeting or event. We want to help you create an unforgettable experience for you and your guests. Please take a moment to complete each section of the form below to request a meeting room(s) for your next event. Our team will check availability and provide you with a quote for your event.

In the "additional details" section of this form, please provide the following additional information:

  • Please list consecutive dates you might need for your event. (i.e. start date 1/02/2024 - 1/5/2024)

  • Do you need extra time for set up or tear down? Rooms will be available at most 2 hours prior to event start time. If you need additional time, please let us know so we can confirm availability. 

  • Please select the room(s) needed: Moore Auditorium, Mosley Room, Oldham Training Lab, Welch Room, Penuel Room, Hays Boardroom, Atrium Area.

  • Please select the room(s) setup needed: Classroom, Banquet Rounds of 8 or 10, Open U, Open Square, None, Other).

  • Audio Visual (AV) Needs, (i.e. Zoom link) 

  • Do you need Linens? Please note, linens are $15.95 each, plus 24% service fee. You can bring your own linens.

  • Will your event have outside catering? Please note, catering should be through a licensed & insured caterer and must provide a COI listing SWCC as additional insured.

  • Do you need food tables to set up coffee and snacks? If so, how many?
